Abstract

Light pollution exerts an influence on environment and poses a great threat to health and safety. In order to measure the light pollution risk level of a certain area, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of light pollution from five aspects: urbanization, industrialization, biology, atmospheric environment and geographical location. Subsequently, PCA-EWM Model is established to calculates the light pollution score of a location. According to the score, three light pollution risk levels are established: high light pollution, moderate light pollution and non-light pollution. Based on the above model, this paper collects sample data of urban community, suburban community, rural community and protected land in the world, and calculate light pollution score in four diverse types of locations. Finally, this paper makes a judgment on the risk level of different locations.
