Abstract
The article discusses the regional features of the diagnosis, course, and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). The cohort of patients with CAP was dominated by males in the age group of 70 years or older, who had many concomitant diseases. Staphylococcal flora was found to be the main pathogen. Empirical antibacterial therapy was mainly carried out, which does not always correspond to the real picture of the microflora of the patient.

The article discusses the regional features of the diagnosis, course, and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). *Àäðåñ äëÿ êîððåñïîíäåíöèè: e-mail: k.zareta.7@mail.ru ïðîòèâ, ó ïàöèåíòîâ ñòàðøå 60 ëåò ïðè íàëè÷èè êîìîðáèäíûõ ñîñòîÿíèé ýòîò ïîêàçàòåëü äîñòèãàåò 15–30%. Íåîáõîäèìî îòìåòèòü òîò ôàêò, ÷òî, íåñìîòðÿ ðóåò â çàâèñèìîñòè îò ðåãèîíà ïðîæèâàíèÿ è ñî- íà ðàñøèðåíèå âîçìîæíîñòåé ìèêðîáèîëîãè÷åñìàòè÷åñêîãî ñòàòóñà áîëüíîãî, à òàêæå âîçìîæíî- êîé äèàãíîñòèêè, ïðèìåðíî ó ïîëîâèíû ïàöèåíñòåé ëå÷åáíîãî ó÷ðåæäåíèÿ ïî ëàáîðàòîðíîìó òè- òîâ ñ ÂÏ ýòèîëîãè÷åñêèé äèàãíîç îñòàòñÿ íåóñïèðîâàíèþ ïàòîãåíîâ [11–13]. Îäíàêî ïðèìå- áûëî 13,3%, ÷òî ìîæíî îáúÿñíèòü òåì, ÷òî â ãîíÿåìûå íà ñåãîäíÿøíèé äåíü â êëèíè÷åñêîé ðîäñêóþ áîëüíèöó ãîñïèòàëèçèðóþòñÿ æèòåëè ïðàêòèêå ëàáîðàòîðíûå òåñòû äëÿ îáíàðóæåíèÿ ïàòîãåíà ó áîëüíûõ ÂÏ íå âñåãäà èìåþò âûñîêèå ñòåïåíè
