Abstract

The article is devoted to the economic development of Uzbekistan. It reflects the country’s achievements in the sphere of economic reforms demonstrated on the basis of Uzbekistan’s economic policy main indicators analysis and Uzbekistan development during its independence. This article contains a detailed analysis of changes and trends in the economy of Uzbekistan, the growth rate of the country’s GDP, examines the main macroeconomic indicators, analyzes the implementation of reforms, and reflects the priorities for the economy development as a whole. The article characterizes the main directions of the Program for Reform, Structural Transformation and Diversification of the Economy for 2015–2019 period, the modernization, technical and technological re-equipment of The results of economic reforms to localize the production of finished products, components and materials are confirmed through. concrete data. The article describes the progress achieved by - Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine one of the leading and promising enterprises of the mining and metallurgical industry of Uzbekistan in the field of localization of finished products, components and materials production. The statistical data and perspective directions of development of production activity for the medium-term perspective are presented. Special attention is paid to the organization of activities and the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in the country and their role in shaping the GDP structure.
