El Estatuto Básico de 2007 (EBEP) fue fruto de una reflexión y un análisis profundo de la situación preexistente y, muy en particular, de las consecuencias de las reformas precedentes. Se revisa en este artículo el balance y perspectivas tras su aplicación.
