Abstract
In this study, we analyze the practice as Curricular Component (PCC) in the Bachelor of Physical Education, Federal University of Maranhao (UFMA), understood in the curriculum as a space for articulation of theoretically dimensions practice in vocational training. We chose the case study, using survey data collection as bibliographical, documentary analysis and field survey and structured interviews with teachers and students of this course survey. The results showed that the PCC is not developed as proposed in his Pedagogical Project. Conclusively, these problems involve specific training processes for subjects who develop the PCC in the area of Physical Education.
