Abstract

With the establishment of Soviet power in Kyrgyzstan, the party faced the task ofimplementing reforms in the socio-economic, agrarian, educational and other spheres. However, before the reforms, there was a need to study the socio-economic situation of the region. In this connection, from the mid-1920s to the late 1930s, a number of works were published, devoted to the study of the socio-economic situation of Kyrgyzstan. However, the socio-economic situation of Kyrgyzstan is one of theneglected issues. This is due to the one-sidedness of many scientific works written in the spirit of Soviet ideology. This was the main reason for writing this article, the them of which requires a new understanding and analysis of the works of Soviet party workers who studied the socio-economic reforms carried out in Kyrgyzstan in the 1920s and 1930s.
