Abstract
The results of a comprehensive interpretation of geophysical fields (magnetic, gravity, and radioactivity) of the Southwestern Primorye (Khasansky district) are given. The authors present schemes that reflect the relationship of geophysical fields with various shallow and deep geological structures and faults of various orders. The deep boundaries of the local granitoid massifs of Jurassic Age that occur on the surface have been determined. The areas of Cenozoic magmatism are outlined. An anomalous zone of increased values of the radioactive field associated with the intrusions of magmatic bodies with a high potassium content was identified. The existence of a long-lived fluid-permeable zone that controls magmatic processes in the region is hypothesized.
