Abstract

The article focuses on changes in death rituals in modern age. Topics mentioned include the differences in culture of actions and behaviors in mourning in modern life, a description of different types of rites of passage such as rite of separation, rite of transition, and rite of incorporation, and the need to understand families who wish to celebrate the life of their dead family in joyful mood.
