Abstract
The problem of refinement of real-time constraints in control system design is considered. Its interdisciplinary nature is shown. An example illustrating the influence of different ways to refine the real-time constraints on the efficiency of real-time task scheduling is presented. The basic principles of real-time constraint refinement are formulated.
