Abstract
In the design and development of control systems, traditional programming methods are cumbersome. In order to overcome this shortcoming, this article introduces the development method based on model base design (MBD) into the design and development of control systems. In this article, a three-phase inverter is used as a design example. First, the establishment process of the double closed-loop feedforward decoupling control function model and the code model in Simulink is given in detail, and then the simulation and early verification are carried out. Based on TI's C2000 series DSP as the main control chip, the Simulink embedded encoder is used to automatically generate the controller code, and finally the code is downloaded to the TMS320F28335 experiment board for experiment. The comparison between the experimental results and the simulation results shows the effectiveness of the code development method base on MBD. MBD greatly shortens the control system development cycle, and has the important significance to the development and design of the control system.
