Abstract

The possibilities of reducing the production cycle for the manufacture of case-hardened steel parts are being studied. The use of turning of hardened cylindrical parts with a mineral-ceramic tool (ВОК-60) and a 50 % reduction in manual labor (loading, unloading, marking, sandblasting) can reduce the production cycle by 35÷40 %.
