Abstract
Este artigo analisa a participação de militares de reserva em grupos de pressão política nos países do Mercosul. Estes grupos defendem o regime militar e ampliação dopapel tutelar dos militares. O discurso destas entidades se caracteriza pelo anticomunismo e pelo ressentimento com a democracia. O surgimento desses grupos aparece como resposta às tendências de controle civil e às interações entre partidos e setores militares.
