Abstract

The one-dimensional random dynamics of overdamped Brownian particles moving in spatially periodic potentials and driven by asymmetric Poissonian white shot noise is studied in the diffusive and non-diffusive regimes. The stationary probability density and the probability current are determined for differentiable and non-differentiable periodic forces.
