Abstract

A two-stage process of recovery of zinc-lead-silver from zinc leaching residue was investigated. The stage of sulfated roasting-water leaching of zinc leaching residue was applied to recovery zinc by controlling sulfuric acid dosage, roasting time and temperature, leaching time, the ratio of L/S and the addition of sodium chloride. The second stage is chloride leaching of the residual solid after zinc extraction to recovery lead and silver. The concentration of NaCl, leaching time and temperature, the ratio of L/S and the dosage of hydrochloric acid were studied. The optimum conditions of metals extraction are determined and the optimal rate of zinc 81%, lead 95%, silver 70% are obtained.
