Recommending Information System of the Enterprise Control Based on Business Processes

Abstract

Application of business processes in description of organization operations allows to formalize and regulate the main elements of the enterprise activities. Transparency of the formal description of business processes and the possibility of its quantitative representation are the most important factors that let an organization to achieve specified improvements in business operations. Usage of business processes permits to get some portrait of the routine functions, which have certain qualitative and quantitative parameters. In this paper, we propose a new approach for management information support. We suggest creation of a recommending system as a part of the integrated enterprise system. Also, the idea of applying the search engines recommending systems to the process of making decisions on the enterprise level is introduced. Next, the structure of the enterprise recommending management system based on business processes is described. Scientific novelty is determined by inclusion of business processes and its quantitative description of the activity elements to develop the foundation of a new type recommending system for decision making.
