The following error appeared in column 2, page 232, in the paper by Joseph R. Curray, Sediments and History of Holocene Transgression, Continental Shelf, Northwest Gulf of in Recent Sediments, Northwest Gulf of Mexico, ed. F. P. Shepard et al., published by The American Association of Petroleum Geologists, 1960.
