Abstract
Substrate integrated suspended line (SISL) technology provides a new platform for antenna design, which has a lot of advantages such as self-packaged and low-loss characteristics. Five substrate layers cut with different shapes to form air cavities are constituted the SISL structure. A summarize of the recent progress for different kinds of antenna designs based on SISL technology is introduced in this paper.
