Abstract
Abstract The last results of the thermopolarization effect investigation are described. Thermopolarization effect in both, centrasymmetric (SrTiO3, KTaO3) and piezoelectric (KH2PO4) single crystals have been discovered in spite of the tertiary pyroeffect competition. The main criteria of thermopolarization and tertiary pyroeffect and experimental evidence of “proper'’ (nonflexoelectrical in nature) thermopolarization effect existence are obtained.
