Abstract
人类p53基因位于17p13.1,全长约16～20 kb,由11个外显子和10个内含子组成,编码393个氨基酸,是相对分子质量为53 000的核磷酸化蛋白[1].它与肿瘤的发生、发展以及肿瘤患者的预后有着十分密切的关系.大约50%的人类肿瘤中存在p53基因的变化, 因此,针对p53进行肿瘤基因治疗逐渐成为研究的热点。
