Abstract
AbstractThe Internet of Things (IoT) concepts are commonly used to connect accessible medical services and to give patients intelligent, reliable, and efficient health care. Health monitoring is one paradigm that can use the IoT benefits to enhance the lifestyle of the patient. The objective of the project was to develop a remote health monitoring system, with local sensors available to make it affordable if mass production was to be carried out. The PMS is dependent on new bus connectivity, in particular, by using the TCP/IP protocol as an interior bus rather than on a standard configuration. TCP/IP convention suite can be easily accessed at extremely low costs. Patient control and monitoring is a vital test framework for physiological signals like electrocardiographs (ECGs), breathing rates, invasive and non-invasive circulatory strain, human blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), and body temperature. PMS continuously examines important physiological signs of the patient during individual care. For healthcare personnel, observing every patient for 24 h is a bit difficult job. In hospitals, the importance of PMS is high; hence, the manufacturers of clinical equipment have central patient monitoring and tracking systems. All patient screens are connected to one server-based patient monitoring system in centralized patient monitoring systems. The utilization of networking in clinical field has become a major part for any hospital, particularly with respect to crucial issues, similar to information overflow and security issue and so on. So, we are presenting diverse set of networking topology which makes it easy for the hospital staff to manage.KeywordsInternet of ThingsPatient monitoring systemAnesthetic gasesElectrocardiographSmart healthcare systemSensorIoT-based health monitoring system
