Abstract

To the Editor: Epidemiologic studies of adults have shown prurigo nodularis (PN) to be an intensely pruritic dermatosis associated with a greater incidence of mental health and systemic conditions.1 However, the available literature on pediatric PN is sparse. Our objective was to quantify the epidemiology of pediatric PN and test the hypothesis that pediatric PN also carries a disproportionate burden of comorbidities.
