Abstract
An accurate, an efficient, sensitive, stability indicting RP-HPLC method has designed and developed and authenticated for the instantaneous determination of Emtricitabine, Dolutegravir and Tenofovir by pharmaceutical dosage method. The retention time of the Emtricitabine (ECT) Dolutegravir (DTG) and Tenofovir (TEN) 2.088, 2.491 and 2.919 minutes respectively compared with standard drugs retention time.
