Abstract
The concept of the macromolecular structure of solids and quantitative estimation of surface reactivity using inductive constants is applied to the estimate of surface nanostructures on dispersed and single-crystal matrices. The possibilities of the proposed approach are demonstrated by the example of the synthesis of oxide nanostructures on a silicon surface.
