Abstract
The synthesis of the Lewis acid-base adducts (i−C 3 H 7 ) 2 GaBr−HEC 2 H 5 (E=S, Se) is reported. The thermal treatment of these adducts to give isopropyl(ethylchalcogenolato) gallium bromides was demonstrated. All new compounds were characterized by physical methods ( 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, and IR spectroscopy and DTA)
