Abstract
1. It was shown that reaction between diethyl arsenochloridite and triethyl phosphite does not result in the formation of the tetraethyl ester of (dihydroxyarsino)phosphonic acid, which contains an As-P bond. The products isolated were triethyl phosphate and triethyl arsenite. 2. It was shown that in the reactions of triethyl antimonite with arseno-chloridous and -dichloridous esters and with phenylarsonous dichloride, simple exchange between alkoxy groups and chlorine occurs with formation of arsenious and phenylarsonous esters and the corresponding antimono-chloridous and -dichloridous esters.
