Abstract
On September 30, 2019, Apostolic Letter was issued in Vatican in the form of Motu Proprio ("on his own impulse") by Pope Francis, Aperuit illis. With it the pope establishes a special liturgical and pastoral day, when it is necessary to particularly celebrate, reflect and act more efficiently in the process of spreading the Word of God. The Bishop of Rome with that document has also set that day as the third Sunday of the liturgical year. In this research, we would like to present this new document of Roman Catholic teaching, offer the basic analysis of its key views and give the translation of the script into Serbian.
