Abstract
Abstract An improved technology of preparation of large Rb2CoCl4 single crystals is described. At the incommensurate-ferroelectric phase transition, the temperature hysteresis is only ∼ 4.1 K; near this transition, the permittivity value increases with increasing signal field strength. The paraelectric-incommensurate and ferroelectric-ferroelectric transitions are of the second order.
