Abstract

The urban passenger transport system plays an important role in ensuring the life of the metropolis, in solving a wide range of issues related to the problems of its formation and functioning. Ensuring and preserving the social, economic and political stability of life in any city of the Russian Federation largely depends on the efficiency of the functioning of the passenger 291 transport complex. The gross contract assumes the presence of an intermediary between the carrier and the passenger. In cities, the municipality is such an intermediary. In the second part, we will consider the risks of working under gross contracts and the conditions for minimizing them.
