Abstract
Graphene and silver nanowires are exceptional for optoelectronics as an ultrathin electrode. Here, we are proposing a novel technique to synthesize monolayer graphene (I2d/Ig=2.4) for fast growth (50 s) with shorter annealing time (5 min) on plasma modified Cu foil and its application as ultra-transparent (over 95 %) electrodes with patterned silver nanowire grid. Designed silver nanowire grid is capable of enhancing its electrical properties by over 9 % sheet resistance reduction with a 98 % transparent electrode. Nearly 95 % transparent monolayer graphene-silver nanowire grid electrode (31.95 Ω) showed lower resistance value than normal silver nanowire network (33.73 Ω) and bilayer graphene at the 550nm was confirmed to be much suitable as an ultra-transparent electrode.
