Abstract

Introduction Mitral Valve (MV) repair has gained preference over MV replacement in the past few decades. This randomized trial compares our technique of C-shaped Teflon ring annuloplasty with Carpentier’s ring for annuloplasty in rheumatic mitral valve disease.
