Abstract

Business model innovation continues to be carried out to help companies develop the right strategy so they can survive and even excel in business competition. The aim of this research is to design a lean canvas-based business model and determine alternative business strategies for KHTOB. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach and is exploratory in nature. The selection of informants in this study used purposive sampling. The informants in this research consisted of three people, namely the chairman of KHTOB, administrative staff, and Special Rental Transport drivers. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis. The analysis design uses the lean canvas business model, SWOT analysis, and TOWS Matrix. The results of the research are a KHTOB lean canvas based business model design and the alternative strategy is a growth strategy for developing the tour and travel business.
