Abstract
Indonesia is a disaster-prone country from the aspects of geographical, climatological and demographic. The geographical position of Indonesia in between two continents and two oceans caused Indonesia has a pretty good potential in the economy while also prone to disaster. The combination between various risk threat, vulnerability conditions, inability or weakness in the act to reduce the potential negative consequences that exist. The complexity of organizing disaster management requires a structuring and planning, and terpadu.Penyelarasan directed towards the implementation of a regional disaster management requires a strong foundation in the implementation and this needs missed with disaster risk assessments. Disaster risk assessment is a tool for assessing the likelihood and magnitude of losses due to existing threats. By knowing the likelihood and magnitude of losses. Therefore, to assist disaster management operations needed a spatial information system that has the ability to provide information about the area and the threat of natural disaster risk in Indonesia. System development method used is Object-Oriented Analysis and Design with models of Rapid Application Development (RAD). The design of the system is done with the notation of the Unified Modelling Language (UML). Phase coding system is done by using Java, PHP, and MySQL.
