Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of raising the sound culture of playing the piano, in the aspect of the professional orientation of teaching students of various specialties in a music college and university. The author summarizes the pedagogical experience of working with this group of students and highlights the necessary conditions for the development of pianistic sound culture among students to achieve artistic performance, a creative approach to classes based on the development of imagination, musical intelligence, the sense of hearing and the sense of style of composers from different epochs in search of expressive colors throughout the piano textures (melodic intonation, harmonic and polyphonic palette, semantic shades of various sounds).
