Abstract

Common femoral artery (CFA) access is often used for endovascular interventions. Access site complications contribute to significant morbidity and mortality. We characterized the radiographic variability of the femoral head, inguinal ligament, and the CFA bifurcation to identify the optimal CFA access zone.
