Abstract
This paper proposed an FBG multi-point high-precision temperature measurement system and builds a multi-point temperature measurement system based on fiber grating: ASE (amplified spontaneous emission) light source, fiber grating sensor, demodulation module, MEMS optical switch and demodulation module. Five-point central wavelength method is used to calculate the central wavelength offset, which is compared with other fiber grating temperature measurement systems to improve the measurement accuracy. Temperature calibration experiment through the experimental 3-point temperature measurement system and the temperature-wavelength calibration system verify the multi-point temperature measurement accuracy of the system.
