Abstract

The article contains results of the study of hereditary regularities during the surface layers (sl) formation made of shape memory material Ti50Ni45Cu5 in a complex of high-energy impacts. We proposed a structural model of the surface modification (SM) technological process. We defined the evolution regularities of the structural parameters, of multifractal characteristics and technological inheritance in the SM. As an SL state evaluation criterion we used technological inheritance coefficient that determines the influence degree of sl quality parameters, obtained in the preceding stage of the manufacturing operation. The developed experimental model allows to predict the structure parameters and sl properties, obtained by the material.
