Abstract
The paper presents a review of standard ISO 9001:2015 used in quality management systems. It indicates a process approach, as recommended for thinking based on the risk, which is a basic model of the quality management system. It identifies the quality management system as an organisational tool for fulfilment of assumed objectives. Keywords:
