Abstract

In St. Petersburg, since 2019, the assembly of SEKIRUS devices for laser welding, cutting and surfacing based on continuous fiber-optic laser sources with water cooling has been launched. These devices allow to obtain high-quality welded joints 3–4 times faster than traditional welding machines and do not require long-term training and highly qualified operator. The article provides information on how the assembly quality of SEKIRUS devices is ensured at different stages of production.
