Abstract
Quality assurance of fuels requires absolute produce safety without any error rate upon delivery. Test standards determining product quality are largely fixed by external factors (i.e. by the customer). Accordingly, a reproducible test system to record the tests carried out is required. Section 2 of this paper describes the laboratory data system, applied for supervision of mixed oxide fuel fabrication. Section 3 deals with a software system (DOM) which is used for quality assurance of uranium fuel manufacturing. In future a coupling of both system to a highly integrated EDP network is planned.
