Abstract
An A-T rich component was detected by CsCl-actinomycin D centrifugation in nuclear DNAs from three natural populations ofOrnithogalum montanum (Liliaceae). No correlation was found between the Q-banding pattern and the amount of the A-T richest fractions of the genome.
