Abstract
German cockroach (Blattella germanica) is a source of important urban indoor aeroallergens, associated with allergic rhinitis and asthma. Vitellogenin, a high molecular mass and abundant protein in B. germanica eggs and egg cases (oothecae), was purified and assessed for its allergenicity.
