Abstract
This paper reports on pulse propagation in 8 (μm-wide, 20 mm-long coplanar superconductive lines. No pulse distortion was observed in the superconductive lines whereas Cu lines exhibited distortion and large attenuation. The superconductive lines also exhibited slightly longer delay time, which strongly depended on both temperature and film thickness. Furthermore, response pulses in the 0.3 μm-thick line had a tendency to be saturated in pulse height as the input pulse height increased although correct pulse propagation was achieved in the 1 μm-thick line for pulses of up to 200 mV.
