Public Transport Travelers Oriented Transfer Guidance Information Design

Abstract

Reasonable designed guidance information of public transport can scientifically guide travelers, optimize the trip of public transport travelers, and improve the whole public transportation system service level. Based on the guidance information has transmission in the whole trip process and public transport system, in view of the information demands of public transport travelers, analyze the relationship between transfer guidance information and the dynamic trip process of travelers. After that, the public transport traveler oriented transfer guidance information frame is established. Then based on survey date, analyze the traveler guidance information demands characteristics,a typical guidance information model is established, including one transfer, design principle, release strategies and information contents. Considering the humanized demands of travelers to design the transfer guidance information, hope to lay a theoretic platform for guidance information designing and programming, to rich and supplement the information design methods in the angle of information transfer.
