Abstract
At present there are a number of factors that intervene as psychosocial risks at work and the solutions to them is a debatable issue in all public and private institutions. Therefore, when there is a problem of psychosocial risks, it produces a high probability that the worker manifests tension, work stress, disorders, diseases and effects on their ability to perform at work. In this sense, the main objective of this research is to determine the psychosocial risk factors (work stress, work harassment and occupational health problems) in the workers of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Yantzaza (GADMY). Therefore, the basis of this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive scope, the methods used were data collection through a survey for a sample of 62 workers. The results confirmed the existence of psychosocial risk factors in GADMY, and the psychosocial risk that has had the greatest impact is work-related stress. To mitigate the problem, the relevant departments should create new strategies or solutions for the improvement of the capacity of functions of each employee through optimal working conditions. Finally, it is concluded that there is the presence of psychosocial risk factors such as: work stress, work harassment and health problems.
