Abstract

Generation Y enjoys a peculiar attention in the specialized literature because some of them are already at the doors of organizations to seek for work and take the first steps in their careers. Joining X Generation entails a tremendous challenge for the management of organizations through its distinctive expectations and exigencies, being different in attitude and dynamic from those belonging to its parents’ generation. However, Generation Y faces the challenge of drugs, which is also generating a huge concern for the management of organizations to address this situation.
