Abstract
The article provides a general statistical analysis of the results of an anonymous survey of 107 respondents from among students aged 18-30 years of full-time and part-time education at the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Health of the Russian State Pedagogical University. The questionnaire consisted of 42 questions indirectly indicating the state of psychological and physical health of students. The interrelationships between indicators of destructive sensations, positive emotions, motor activity, personal attachments (pharmacological agents, alcohol, smoking) and hygienic factors (nutrition, sleep, sauna, etc.), morbidity were revealed. Based on the survey data obtained and their interpretation, it is planned to develop a program to teach students to maintain their mental and physical health in the process of educational and further work activities with the formation of a firm belief in the need to lead a healthy lifestyle.
