Abstract
The development of Russia on a democratic path is possible only under the condition that the potential of each individual, a high level of self-organization and self-developed intellect, sober self-esteem, self-esteem, entrepreneurial spirit. In this case the question is about personal development, which would be able to find ways for self-realization, to avoid stagnation in the period of professional and personal crisis. This circumstance can be considered as subjective conditions for the successful implementation of a specific activity, and further prerequisite for professional mobility. Overcoming challenges of professional development opens up a future specialist new ways of personal and professional development. Description of the nature of personality gives us a glimpse of the inner workings of human behavior underlying activity, targeted action to deal with difficult situations that are associated with different spheres of life, including professional.
