Abstract

Psychological counseling for college students has become one of the important contents of ideological and political education in current universities. The responsibility of ideological and political education workers is not only to strengthen and improve the objective requirements of ideological and political education for college students, but also to comply with the requirements of the era of quality education and promote the comprehensive development of college students. Thus, this paper selects 15 ideological and political educators in School R as the objects of this research, uses the Grounded theory method, and uses the qualitative analysis software Nvivo10 to conduct coding analysis and classification of interview data. Finally, 17 ability factors from six dimensions were preliminarily extracted, and 260 ideological and political education workers were randomly selected to participate in the questionnaire survey. Structural equation modeling software was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis on the samples, hoping to establish a theoretical model of psychological counseling ability for ideological and political education workers in universities.
