Abstract

This study focuses on the role of psychological capital, within the relationship among organizational socialization, knowledge integration and knowledge sharing. We developed a model in which psychological capital mediated between organizational socialization, knowledge integration and knowledge sharing. Our sample comprised 189 employees from south of China. Our research results showed that psychological capital fully mediated between organizational socialization and knowledge sharing as well as knowledge integration. Implicating for the theory and practice of results are discussed, and future research directions offered.
