Abstract

This study focuses on the role of trust, knowledge sharing within the relationship between organizational socialization and creative behavior. Use multiple regression analysis and structure equation model with a sample of 311 employee from the industry in south of China. The aim of this research is to discover how organizational socialization, trust, knowledge sharing and creative behavior interact with employee. The result supports the assumptions: organizational socialization is positively related to the trust, the trust is positively related to the knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing is positively related creative behavior, trust and knowledge sharing are intermediate factors for organizational socialization and creative behavior.
